Core Biblical Beliefs
1. The Bible is the word of God and teaches us how we should live.
(2 Timothy 3:16 NCV All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful for teaching, for showing people what is wrong in their lives, for correcting faults, and for teaching how to live right.)
2. Jesus is the Son of God

3. Trinity or God in 3 Persons Father Son and Holy Ghost
(1 John 5:7 NKJV For there are three that bear witness in heaven: the Father, the Word (Jesus), and the Holy Spirit; and these three are one.
4. There is no other way to God is except through His Son
(John 14:6 NIV Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.)
5. Salvation is God’s gift to us and can only be received by placing our faith in the work Christ did on the cross.
Romans 6:23 HCSB For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord
Ephesians 2: 8 NIV For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— 9 not by works, so that no one can boast.
6. The Cross is the central focus to the life of the believer and is the price Christ paid for our sins.
1 Peter 2:24 (NCV) 24 Christ carried our sins in his body on the cross so we would stop living for sin and start living for what is right. And you are healed because of his wounds.

7. Salvation is available to everyone
(Titus 2:11 NIV For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all people.)
8. Baptism in Water
(Matthew 28:19-20 (NCV) 19 So go and make followers of all people in the world. Baptize them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.
9. We believe in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and in the gifts that follow this experience
Acts 11:16 (NCV) Then I remembered the words of the Lord. He said, ‘John baptized with water, but you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit.’
1 Corinthians 12:7-11 (NIV) 7 Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good. 8 To one there is given through the Spirit a message of wisdom, to another a message of knowledge by means of the same Spirit, 9 to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by that one Spirit, 10 to another miraculous powers, to another prophecy, to another distinguishing between spirits, to another speaking in different kinds of tongues,[a] and to still another the interpretation of tongues.[b] 11 All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, and he distributes them to each one, just as he determines.
10. The Lord’s Supper
1 Corinthians 11:26 KJV For as often as you eat this bread, and drink this cup, you do show the Lord's death till he come.
11. We believe in the resurrection of the dead.
Acts 24:15 Acts 24:15 (NKJV) I have hope in God, which they themselves also accept, that there will be a resurrection of the dead, both of the just and the unjust.
12. We believe in 2nd coming of the Lord Jesus Christ
1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 (NKJV) 16 For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. 17 Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord.
Hebrews 9:28 - So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.
